This spotted art piece was actually created from the oils of a piece of Cocobolo wood.

In guitar production, the Cocobolo is pressed between two pieces of paper to prevent the oils within the wood from burning onto the metal bending press. The result is an imprint of the natural beauty in the grains of the wood. Like a finger print and a snow flake, each imprint is truly one-of-a-kind!
